Backup all phone numbers that you need as everthing will be wiped and phone reset!!!

SoftReset

Press following key sequence: *#7370#
Enter Default lock code: 12345

Hard Reset

Press following key sequence : *#7780#
Enter Default lock code: 12345

Turn off the Nokia

Press and hold the following three buttons:

Green button and the * button and the number 3 button

While holding these buttons, press the power button and switch on your Nokia

When the message ‘Formatting’ appears on the screen, release all of the buttons.

Try a soft-reset to your phone *#7780#

Then NEVER put anything in phone memory – always in Mass Memory which is 32gB.
