This phone is appalling. There’s often delays of up to 10 seconds opening messaging up to read or write a text message, the same when receiving calls – sometimes I see an icon start flashing and then eventually the device will play a ringtone or pop up buttons for answering calls…

There are so many outstanding bugs I don’t know where to start really. Get an N900, this N97 is a piece of junk that I’m going ot be stuck with for 2 years because nobody will take it back.

the information that O2 CPW Loyalty provided you was correct. The N97 did not pass O2 Testing due to software. The reason for the confusion was that it was launched first with Orange and was expected to be launched also with O2, but that has failed to materialize due to the software failure.

If you buy it from tmobile – then it will most likely be branded.
