That should work fine with your device and I'd really like to find out what's wrong. Our warranty absolutely does cover all our products (including electrical products) but our LIFETIME warranty is on cases and doesn't cover electrical. Sorry if we've caused confusion on that - I hope you can understand that it's hard to warranty a battery for ever but our cases are all covered.
