Firmware: Nokia X6 (32GB) v12.0.091
Earlier this month Nokia announced a software update for the Nokia X6 to version 12.0.091, I didn’t meantion anything about it earlier because it wasn’t available for mine yet, but today I thought i’d just check it it was there.
My phone is from Nokia UK direct so will have a relatively generic firmware code, so if you have a network branded one, you may have a bit of a wait still.
There does not appear to be any major change in the software so don’t bother changing your product code and voiding your warranty to get it! (If you do notice anything major when you do your, please let us know!)
You can check if there is an update available for your phone by checking your product code (7 digit number under the battery) and then going over to the Nokia: http://www.nokia.co.uk/support/download-software/device-software-update/can-i-update
