The problem that Toni didn't forsee was that Nokia turned out a lot of substandard phones and alienated their customer base. I chose a Nokia C6 over an HTC Desire because I loved Nokia (despite being a bit disappointed with the 5800), didn't want to go to the hassle of changing manufacturer and didn't know much about Android. It's not the worst phone I've ever owned (that would be a Windows phone from a few years ago), but it's just not good enough. My wife has just got an HTC Sensation, and it's amazing. My previous experience with Windows has left me cold, and I have little confidence in Nokia now. I wil be getting an Android phone on my next upgrade and saying goodbye to Nokia with a sad mixture of regret and relief.
