- It looks very fast for Symbian, and Symbian Touch ^_^
- Single tap switch between video and photo
- Face detection
- Multitouch gestures to switch between 12mp to 16:9 9mp widescreen mode! VERY NICE!
- Long press isn’t actually that long! Great! (I hate N97′s awkwardly too long, long-press!)
- fast video start up. Just click and it’s pretty much instant play. (No loading)
- Transition effects! Subtle, but they’re slowly being added – (Please, Nokia, I’m begging you for rotate transition and not that crappy fade-in-fade-out nonsense)

Web Browser bad and slow?
The web browser seems to be N8′s Achilles heel.
I don’t know why we can’t have some mozilla based browser e.g. MicroB or FireFox like N900.
S60 browser makes ppl want to punch babies. joke. It needs a significant overhaul to be anywhere near as good as MicroB.
i think it is becuase of flash player.
If that is the final web browsing experience, iphone still shine and nokia need to but the price by euro 100

looks nice, but still a lot of work to do. web browser will be a nice thing to start with.
I dont think microb would perform better here, clearly this arm11 core struggled here with flash on this site… disabling flash in settings will be a must for okeyish browsing.
i was expecting that, hw acceleration doesnt help with web rendering, clearly arm11 will suffer here
Man I think Nokia have finally got it they are making me wanna buy it even though i am happy with my e72 although the web browser is disappointing, i hope they sort it out
