I'm not sure about eldar, but probably he heard the rumors of an ovi browser just like also did, and he started to make some buzz. the fact that he didn't mention ovi or nokia gives him a free window to escape because he can always say that it wasn't nokia he was talking about :) and probably he didn't refer to nokia. who knows?
