Tomorrow you will hear about #N8Productions Competition where you can be a Nokia N8 Producer.
So, what is Nokia N8 Producers?
Well, it’s a competition to find the most innovative, creative and exciting videos shot on a Nokia N8.
If your production is chosen by our panel of judges as one of the best eight submissions, you will win an amazing prize: AN EXCLUSIVE N8 PRODUCERS ZERO GRAVITY FLIGHT IN CAPE CANAVERAL, FLORIDA (as well as flights, accommodation etc.) for you and a friend!
WOMWorld is sending packs for the budding Spielberg which includes a Ruck Sack, GorillaPod and one of three items. A wrist strap, helmet or an waterproof/underwater case! I picked up the latter but we have pis of all the goodies in the galleries so check them out! We’ll update tomo when the site goes live!
This competition is open to anyone! Start thinking up of ideas. Rules and all that jazz will appear tomorrow.

Waterproof case. It’s custom build and not an official accessory but I love it already and WANT one! My digicam fits in this if you remove the black rubber thing inside. Any phone will fit there too. The only problem is that you can’t press record or see the view finder unless as seen in some pics in the gallery you whip out that black thing (it comes out very easily so no worries on fiddliness there). Quite impressed.
What would you do with a N8 waterproof case? Ideas?

Aaah, the headcam holder is AWESOME!!!! just what I need for go-karting next week. I have the Nokia N8 from WOMWorld/Nokia as well and have already tested it out in the SNOW (plenty of it lying around England today), as for the waterproof case (WOW!), for snorkling in Egypt or Mexico that would be a MUST HAVE accessory especially since the N8 takes such amazing HD video.

BTW, these packs are not necessary for entry unless there’s something about the accessory that you’d need (which then I’m guessing most people would have to DIY a version)
Well, I have made several videos with gopro videocameras and would say that Nokia N8 have very good, so this kind of underwater case for my mobile phone would just make my videomaking easier.
Are these things purchasable? I really want this set of things for my N8
It would make the videos I’m trying to make a lot easier 
Not just for the N8 Producers competition, but in general 
I am scuba diving instructor and I was planning to convert my other camera housing for my n8
if you do that pls make sure it can go down atleast 40m. and some more buttons to control other futures too. So we can sms for emergency or fun when underwater too.
I got the same tripod, I love it! Nokia sent me once a Nokia N8 trail for 14 days. Now I have my N8..it’s awesome!
