u just need to backup ur contacts n other imp data from d phone n dial *#7370#. this will restart d fone in factory settings. Then connct to internet via wifi n try software update using FOTA in d fone.Ovi store n maps will be shown as updates.Install the updates. problem solved</description>

1-install Phoenix software.
2-connect your phone used usb cable and chose ovi sute from your mobile .
3-open Phoenix.
4- go to file scan product and wait for 10 sec.
5- select test from menu
6- go to product
7-chse file system format.
8-format c only , after finish restart your phone and you will see there is no ovi store application ,
9- go from main menu your phone and chose sw update and update all software from nokia by wifi.
