Who's in charge of those fonts" Nokia Middle Mangement: " OK boss" Nokia Middle Management: "Change those fonts to make it look better, find out whos in charge: Nokia Middle Middle Management: OK boss Nokia Middle Middle Management: " Hey u talented developer find out whos in charge and change those fonts" Talented Developer: " I cannot find the person in charge. Maybe could you Mr. Lower Middle Management contact that Upper Middle Management and ask them to find out." 3 months later all management teams are confused on how to execute. Then cowardly decides to support the Big Boss to throw all past strategy s and use a new platform or strategy. Must have been a different execution story at Apple. Nokia execution:

Has Nokia ever been known about uniform, not to mention timely updates? Not really...so, what? Wouldn't be much of a change - and they could go about differentiating themselves, as they were emphasizing it so damn much. Lose customization, lose about two-third of being a separate identity.
