As part of our Nokia Concepts section “My Dream Nokia” we received an email featuring sketches from Joe Khays (also a high school student like the brilliant Jozef Kocur who btw has been invited by Microsoft to one of their conferences in Vegas. Great to know these awesome people are being noticed)

My Dream Nokia #23 contains 5 different handsets, X8, E900, N700, X and E9. These are sketches (very much welcomed. It doesn’t have to be done in photoshop. If it’s cool, we’ll feature it :D)

  • x8: rather rectangular. Has a side slide apparently. An Android Phone. 3.2GHz
  • E900: Windows 7 (not Windows Phone 7). 2.0 GHz. Also side slide.
  • N700: Side slide too. Android powered. 2.2GHz. Nice designs. Like a touch E71/BB

Below are further sketches. A Nokia X and Nokia E9. No details about dream specs there.   Cheers Wyanz for the tip.

About “My Dream Nokia”

I’m sure you’ve dreamt up your PERFECT Nokia device/UI. What it would look like, what it would feel like, what features it would have. Why don’t you share it with the world? Or at least with other Nokia fans :D .

It could be your own photoshopped or rendered work (seriously, you don’t need mega skills in either, basic paint job is often enough to convey a concept) of your dream product.

SEND this in similarly to tips@mynokiablog.com with the title “My Dream Nokia” and perhaps the model number (and a little description, maybe a few specs in the message area? Though this bit not necessary).

Who knows, maybe an image might flutter over to Nokia and through whatever route end up being real.
