I really don’t know what all the fuss is about. The N8 for sure is a little laggy and occasionally locks up but other than that it’s a great phone. I find that the browser is fine for a small screen device. If I want to be surfing the net properly then the N8 gets used as a modem for my laptop.

The camera blitz’s any other phone out there and so does the hdmi facilities.

I bought one as it does everything I want. I just wonder if all the people who are moaning about the N8 just didn’t research things properly and it is actually them with the fault due to buying something that doesn’t meet their needs. It’s like buying a 2 seater sports car for a family of 5!!

Im fed up with all this talk of coming soon. Im just going to wait for someone to hack an n8 and get it running android. I want to get used to android because when Nokia go with windows, Im becoming a HTC owner.

Here’s a realistic Nokia prediction: Anna coming half finished in H2 2012, Belle? lol… keep dreaming.

Here’s a reality check Symbian STILL can’t do 270 degree rotation, rotation to landscape to both sides, keyboard is terrible, browser terrible, basic things other OS’ nailed correctly from the beginning and Nokia still can’t do after 4 years now.

And you guys except them to deliver a good update, forget it, move on. Symbian is finished. Other OS’ will catch up to it functionally quick enough, Symbian on the other hand needs to be completely rewritten from scratch with a completely redesigned UI, basically a new OS to be any good, that is not going to happen.

I Have heard june 1rst for Anna. Work fast Nokia or accenture or Anyone. I bought n8 i like my n8 but need my iPhone To write this comment. In France Anyone has Apple and it Is a geek choice n8. I ve not seen any other n8 yet in streets. My GPS needs reboot. Fix everything! Fast! Interface too dark too.
