The taxi driver looks like that Hodges dude from CSI Las Vegas

  • @Julian2kriss (Producer)

210611 = a date on the N9 from the soccer player
7AM7PM = seen in a road sign in the watchmaker video
    DCA578 = Taxi’s plate
    132545 = watchmaker’s clock final time
HPMHMK = for some reason it’s KM/H MPH as seen in the Taxi’s dashboard
041434 = last two digits of each reading of the taxi’s distance
850630 = alarm the ballerina sets on her N9 (I have no idea how someone could have spotted this)
    PRND21 = Taxi’s dashboard gears
STEPIN = There is one letter in each video
915914 = the time in the N9 of the soccer player.
IRFNOM = seen in the same sign as 7AM7PM, MON-FRI backwards
436793 = coordinates were video was filmed

GBNWAT — the 9th letter in each of the YouTube video descriptions

    just for some clarity :D

    • steci86

I agree.. no idea of how it was possible to spot the alarms of the girl!

      • lords

frame by frame playback in 720P

        • http://www.misutsu.com Misutsu

unreadable on my Vaio P :p

        • Tim

I tried that and still impossible! The winner just had some damn good eyes :P

        • Bob

How do you play a youtube video frame by frame?

          • IMeMyself

You can download and save them :)

            • Bob

Since when can you download youtube videos?

              • rebel_ng

since people were smart enough too google for firefox add ons that enabled it.

  • crisscross

Ok, I have found a text in one frame, but I cannot read it even on a good screen in 720p. You can see that it is 6 digits though. Any tricks of the trade to see it better?

    • http://www.misutsu.com Misutsu

      > Hollywood, they have fantastic softwares for this, in their movies…

      • crisscross

Oh yeah! I meant more like software for looking at flash frame by frame.
On somethinge else: I think the social video should be looked at in a mirror…

      • Slayer

I lol very hard whenever I see this, especially in CSI series.

        • hgN

why cant u read the text? is it to small then no big chances, but is it to pale u could try photoshop (play a bit with the contrast, color magement and so on..

  • crisscross

Is it my eyes starting to play tricks on me or is there something written in the shadow of the ball just before it hits the metal in the social video?

    • http://www.misutsu.com Misutsu

And the fucking tattoo on his arm. I can’t read !

      • hgN

why the hell is the tatto in the next scene away ?

        • IMeMyself

For me, the key is not the tatoo, but his absence… Ifyou look ar the bracelets, they are there while he play soccer, they are there in the first shower scene, than they disappear, but they are there again when he is sitting down with his phone… :)

          • http://barrieluv.blogspot.com/ Barrieluv

It’s probably just a continuity error. But the tattoo (six letters, tried it, no luck) is too small to read even with the best frame I could get a capture of. Same with the guy playing football in the red vest, which has a six letter word on it.
Some of the phones on the site have Abingdon Street, London, on the maps app, which if Googled, reveals the postcode SW1P 3 (swipe). Big Ben is along there, which in my head tied in with the clocks/Da Vinci thing. Big Ben, six letters, tried it, no luck.

            • IMeMyself

What phones on which site are you referring to? :)

            • lords

Can you share what letters were there? :)

            • lords

my bad, missed the part on being impossible to read lol

  • Slayer

lol i thought the next clue would be at 9am… just noticed the tweet said 9pm

    “Next #N9Seconds clue: 9pm BST tomorrow! http://nokia.ly/p2iFuh

    • meh

      ah crap :D

    • steci86

Oh thanks god you wrote this! I would have spent my entire morning waiting for the clue!! Did’t notice the Pm either!

      • vin

Me too! Doesn’t bode well for a competition based on observation. :)

        • steci86

ahah you’re right! what do we think we’re doing here??!! :P

    • Yemi

Do you mean 9pm PST? what is BST?

  • kai

    next clou in 2h right?

    • MaGaO

Actually 3 when you asked, I think. In any case, there’s just 50 minutes left :)

      • Yemi

        10 more mins

  • Yemi

Nokia has turned my brain into mushy over-reacting gel. I still want more of this lol. Im waiting for the next clue like an addict waiting for the next fix. DAMNNN

  • Slayer

    good evening everyone :D

  • dcastrog

Clue: Everyone has one. But his isn’t straightforward.

    • dcastrog

Everyone has one. But this isn’t straightforward.

      • giò

please coul you help me understand how to translate straightforward ?? could you use it into a simple sentence?

        • dcastrog

my mother tongue isnt english either. but I guess it can se used like this
          (directions)
Go right and then straightforward to reach the place

        • MaGaO

          straightforward: simple, without any twists.

  • andi
  • ukko

I’d say that in this puzzle sentence “But this isn’t straightforward.” mean’s that it isn’t simple.

What everyone has, but what cannot be easily noticed? Or something?

    • andi

      your feeling, mind, alignment etc.

    • nick

i think the riddle is that which everyone has, and the second sentence basically means that it isn’t necessarily the direct answer.

for instance, if the answer to the riddle is “talent”: the talent in the videos would be Ballet, Football, Biking, Drawing, Designing, Music…etc so basically you’re supposed to infer the answer from this

in any case, there’s technically infinite number of things everyone has or shares with others

      • nick

btw here’s a very good possibility:

        everyone has a job
        > the jobs in the videos are:
        cook/waitress
        driver
        football player
        clockmaker/watchmaker
        musician (painter?)
        designer..

go and get it ! lol i tried a few and didn’t succeed but it doesn’t mean it’s not in there

        • nick

          also everyone has a hobyy

          in the video:
          >ballet dancer
          >football fan (the driver)
          >football (the player)
          >music (the guy who sticks the posters)
          ..still working out the rest

          • steci86

so you think for the first time it would be something we can’t actually read?

            • nick

well i’m certain it has to do with the 6 characters in the video.. it definitely cannot be an english word alone, it has to have a connection to the videos/characters

          • Peter

            Everybody has a N9.

            • subraj

              not yet!!!!

              • Peter

Everyone has a N9 in the videos. Sounds obvious, but they do. A different color ones too.

      • mario

I took different aproach – tried first letters of colours for all phones. WRONG! Now I’m contemplating about one sentence from page http://swipe.nokia.com/design/
“Everyone and everything is in one live feed.”

        • guest

I tried that too, I was pretty excited because that could have been quite possibly correct.

        • dcastrog

I think we are on good track, I got to a similar result, by taking other path, you will see it soon.

  • andi

but remember, so far every code was already written somewhere in the videos 8or in the description) so you can read it in the video or next to them

  • Slayer

    even more useful information :/

  • martin

    Still letters o a word

  • @Julian2kriss (Music Producer)

my best answer was “vision” i think i give up… almost

  • Yemi

Everyone has a clue for today and will need tomorrow’s clue to solve it. Thats what I think is really going on. Unless someone figures it out, win and prove me wrong

    • http://www.symbeing.com manojlds

Everyone already has the clue, but don’t know that it is a clue is what it might mean

  • martin

but is a bunch of letter o a word

  • Bob

This is boggling my mind … so vague, so obscure, Nokia. My hunch is the thing that everyone has is the N9 phones itself. I tried it’s earlier code name: lankku. No luck. I’m sure some genius is going to crack this and make all us simpletons kick ourselves because the answer always seems obvious once you know it.

  • Damascus Steel

In the interest of saving other people time, the postal codes for the locations at the end of all of the videos are

Camera and Social: M5A1S7 or M5A2W7
    Maps: M5A1S9
    Browsing: M5J1B7
    Swipe: M5C1G6
    AllScreen: M5H1W2

I tried them all, forwards and backwards. I also tried SHOWER forwards and backwards.

Also, I looked in more detail at the six letters on the ball players jersey. As far as I can tell it is consistent with something like “SWIPE?” where the last letter is a large letter (so not “I”). I tried every combination of “SW1P3″ and a letter or number, but that did not work.

  • going insane

    next clue please!!! @_@

  • IamWalrus

    Nokia likes torments us :p

  • Peaches

How long still till next clue…i can’t work!

  • Baya44

    new clue!
CLUE: Following up on yesterday’s clue..He’s not Mr. Bickle.

I think i will burn my brain again…

  • steci86

WTF??? Who the hell is Mr. Bickle?!

    • nick

the name of the taxi driver character played by Robert de Niro in a pretty famous film

      • steci86

        oooooh… now i get it…. or maybe not……….

    • nick

      oops i submitted too early..

basically it means that the thing everyone has in common is NOT the taxi driver

      • MaGaO

When I looked up Mr Bickle, it showed a music band and a secondary character of the TV series “St. Elsewhere”. And now we know we are looking for a “he” everyone has.
