anyone know is there anyway (or app) that I can use to add text and change filters, saturation of my photos in N9, seems they got rid of some of the useful features

if you are using the facebook app to upload the photo, it downgrades ur photo to reduce data costs. go to the full site and it will upload as is with no reduction in quality.

could've sworn i read that plans are afoot for that but it's only partially implemented etc.
Prolly best to check the maemo/meego forums, or dining's new post on conversations.

That's true. Nokia's marketing is not very aggressive and things like that should be announced loud and clear. On the other hand this kind of modesty is also what has attracted me to Nokia in the past (and still does). If they started to run a Steve-Jobs-show that brags about every "new" feature and claims credit for its invention I would lose my interest immediately. But you're right: there's absolutely no reason to be shy of telling people that the C7 features NFC, and the N8 camera campaign could also be a bit firmer (though I highly appreciate Damian Dinning's essays on why the camera has been designed the way it is and how it differs from the competition's).

Personally i would like to save my edited photos and original photos as a seperate file. The N8 editor is ok though the edited photos tends to be cropped down to 3MP =(
