He thinks that he can always say bad things about Russia even though he is the foreign minister and Russia being Finland biggest trade partner while the trade to US is almost obsolete. I for one thinks that Elop is only and only thinking the best interest of North America and absolutely nothing else. Stubb is almost similar person so it is natural that they like each other.
