I have been looking at this phone the last couple of days. At present I have a N9 for pleasure and a N8 for work. The N8 is still a wonder of a phone whilst the N9 has more form than function. Fingers crossed that Nokia brings out a Windows phone with the hardware to match.

I have been using WP 7.5 for the past 2 months and I must say its the best alternative to Symbian. It is very stable and unlike Android it doesn't needs to be restarted every now and then.
Guys, Windows Mobile was a "closed ecosystem" just like WP7. But over time it became the most tweaked OS with a plethora of ROMs.
The same goes with WP7. All the problems mentioned in various posts already have solutions. Just dig a little bit.
There is a huge crop of Developers & Cookers who have created various ROM's for WP7, there is a way to unlock as well that removes side-load limit. Give it some time and it will be fully customizable.

Firs of all I wrote the review, Not Jay; Secondly I have Belle on My N8 and there is a huge difference, Belle still isn't as consistent or as neat as WP, Belle is more scattered considering it was built over a long period of time over a chaotic original S^3. Thrid of all I didn't blindly praise the phone, read the Camera section and the miscellaneous you'll see I mentioned several flaws; and in the conclusion I said that this phone is NOT for everybody (It would seem you only read the introduction); finally the phone isn't even mine, it's a trial device that I'm giving back; so there is no incentive for me to blindly praise it.

If you agree that the OS is good why are you disagreeing with what I have to say???

Do you know how big your impedance on your headphone is? If it's like more than 40 ohm, like Overmann said, that would be great as mine has an impedance of 70ohm.
