yeah… i visit the chive for its funny pics and videos. *wink wink*
@Jay
This is not meant as a personal attack…
But since getting a N9 you still seem to showcase about twice as many WP apps (at least).
And it’s not like you’ve gone through every possible app you could showcase for the N9/950.
What’s that about, just a small bias perhaps?
There’s nothing wrong with that, many people have them.
Many that claim they don’t would be lying.
Cheers
Thanks for highlighting this. It has been on my mind that I need to do more N9 apps.
I’d just like to make it clear that I’ve barely got time to do any blogging what so ever with my schedule at Med school. It was sort of silly of me to undertake doing lumiappaday on top of that but I set my self a challenge and a promise with the name and owe it to the readers to make sure there’s something here daily. Actually, if it wasn’t for Ali doing some lumiappaday too, it might have stopped long ago.
Doing N9 apps was not part of this commitment (as I only had 800 then and only planned for 800). I do what I can, when I can and honestly, yes, it is not quite at the top of my list frankly. I try and showcase apps from N9 when other people are doing them but I can’t find them either.
If you have a Nokia N9 and want to share N9 apps, we can post your things via mynokiablog.com. I really just don’t have the time at all.
This Lumiappaday consisted of me walking to Uni typing it up on my phone and almost getting run over just as this was the only free time I had to post it.
+1
Fair enough, sounds like you’d prefer to dedicate what limited time your have to WP apps.
Hopefully other editors will be able to increase the MaemoApp(hack)aDay* rate.
And hopefully you won’t have any problem with that.
And stay safe!
All the best.
*I always call MeeGo Maemo 6x…
I find the name MeeGo to be offensive (given the history) & misleading.
… ”funny pics and videos”… Haha… Good one Jay. We all know what’s missing there.
This program uses only like 1/12 of the screen! Not very well thought out.
I love nokia…
Really nice and simple design…
Thank you
