Viber confirms working on version for Symbian
Viber are once again confirming that they are working on a version of their app for Nokia, specifically for Symbian.
It seems they have staff scouring the web asking if Viber is coming as their response always seems to be exactly the same. The most recent news comes from Talk.Maemo.Org, confirming it would be coming, though later correcting that it is specifically just for Symbian.
Our representative who posted in this forum confused it with a Nokia Symbian forum. Our response here that Viber for Nokia is under development referred to Symbian devices, and unfortunately not to Maemo devices.
At this stage Viber for Maemo is still not under development unfortunatelyÂ
We still don’t know when we will have news regarding this issue, but if we do, we will publish it officially in our Facebook page.
