Video: Nokia Lumia 900 spotted in finale of Hit TV Show ‘Touch’
Touch is one of my favourite TV Shows on right now (if you haven’t seen it, I suggest you do). The finale aired a few hours days (due to damn uploading issues, post got delayed) ago and to my pleasant surprise the Lumia 900 had a nice little role.
The use of the 900 lasted for about a minute, and there is no Nokia or WP branding, although there is the slight AT&T LTE branding, shown during the use of Air Graffiti. A character says she “forgot it was even under there” when the main character finds the Lumia 900 in a box under the bed. HOW CAN YOU FORGET YOU HAD A LUMIA 900!!!! Hahaha.
Its good that Nokia devices are still on US TV. Everything these days is iPhone. Surprised the other week to see an N9 on Aussie TV, only for it to be replaced this week with an iPhone 4 :/ The N900 and N8 still pop up occasionally which is also good.
I had tried to upload a video after I saw the episode but Vimeo took forever “processing” even 48 hours later and since YT has those damn copyright issues, so I gave up. But WP central have uploaded one to Skydrive if you’re interested.

Haha, I jump to tip page here the second I saw Lumia there. Good product placement by AT&T. Al tough I am sure she said that line for the box full of mobiles in it but that was dual meaning dialogue.
In Bones I think they did show WP very closely for a long time in start of this season hilighting many features. As well as Vampire Diaries promoted Windows and Bing for a while too. But Apple took over the recent seasons.
HTC however take a big bite in American Idol cleverly. I was hoping to see if Lumia (or AT&T with Lumia) take that shot.
I had noticed VD used WP, but now its SGSII and iPhone.
NCIS LA uses WP, I think it’s the HD7.
In Castle they keep on showing Windows Phone till very end as well. But yes Apple and Samsung taken over, mostly Apple.

N9 was in Offspring (I think thats what Its called) ahha. Mum was watching it and I looked up to see it. Thought it was Lumia until LED was to the left of cam and no cam button.
N900 was used in some show. The “bad guy” used it to hack in to some system and cause havoc on the city. If I remember it, I’ll let you know
