Weekend Watch: Paradise Island, Koh Wai Thailand, by Nokia 808 PureView

Here’s a nice change of scenery for some of us – a beautiful paradise island, Koh Wai, Thailand. It’s shot on the Nokia 808 PureView.

There are some nice tripod mounted shots there. Once steady (either on tripod/dolly/steadicam) the 808 PureView’s videos look absolutely incredible (and sound incredible too but often these videos have music to cover that up)

My first and only time in Thailand was luckily thanks to Nokia, testing out the Nokia N82’s camera prowess (as well as the sports tracker app that geotagged photos – something we take for granted now). It’s a beautiful location and a wonderful place and the 808 is a wonderful camera to capture all those stunning memories.
