Video: Nokia Lumia 920 promo – Najciekawsze Cechy

| November 19, 2012 | 7 Replies

Not sure if this is specifically from Nokia Poland (or one of the global videos edited for Nokia Poland) but this seems new to me. It’s a small promo for the Nokia Lumia 920.

Is it clear enough what’s going on or is it just that bit too busy? Well it is titled

“Najciekawsze Cechy” which means “the most interesting features” according to the translator, and indeed it has presented them in a way that shows it in action.

What was done well with the ad? What could have been done better? :)

oh look another nokia ad for a nokia phone, which gets a total of less than 3 seconds coverage …

are they trying to exercise the viewers brains into guessing what the hell was the phone doing in those flashes? i dont understand ads directors these days…

  2. Pawel says:

It was filmed in Warsaw (you can see in the background National Stadium and Palace of Culture and Science) so it is specifically for Nokia Poland. I’m from Poland and I think this advert is quite good (better than most of polish ads in TV) but not as good as for example Samsung’s. Nokia should show people how OIS or other features work.

I agree with you, the ad is good but as the other said, the phone doesn’t have the time it deserves and it focuses too much on the people. But about guessing what the phone is doing I would say that not necessarily. It’s written each time what it’s doing: city lens, PureView with OIS, Smart Shoot, wireless charging, NFC technology. only it’s too short to understand when you don’t already know those features. But the ad itself is not bad, the problem is about the lack of a proper presentation of those features.

    “the problem is
about the lack of a proper presentation
    of those features.”

which means it fails miserably.. no features no sale.. I’m not gonna buy a product just because they displayed some cute smiling chicks ..
