My Lumia 820 had around 8 updates just appear, with 5 of them being Nokia apps. Only Audio and Nokia Maps had changelogs

Audio:
With this update you will get Audio leveling feature, to set the same playback volume for all music and video tracks.

Nokia Maps:

What’s New:
– new traffic layer improves reliability and quality of flow information

– get public transport schedules from the route planner

Update: Nokia sent me more changes.

Nokia Drive Beta +:

- Battery Saver mode: Turns off GPS after the app is sent to background (except when in guidance mode)
- Back to my position and distance measurement: Get one-tap access to your current position while exploring/panning the map;
  also see the distance from your current position
- UI improvements
- bug fixes

Access Point, Cinemagraph and Nokia Music didn’t have any chan
gelog (at least that I noticed).

Update: WP Central have posted about this, and included info on the Cinemagraph update

Cinemagraph receives a most-welcomed upgrade – the ability to share your creations with the world. You can select ‘share’ from the app menu when viewing a picture in Cinemagraph and upload it via social media, email, or messaging. In all instances the image is uploaded to Nokia’s servers and the recipients are sent a link to view the masterpiece, like mine below. The site is also mobile friendly, so if you send it as a text message to a buddy you can rest easy they’ll be able to see it.
