Screen Shot 2013-01-24 at 10.40.09This is an almost 5 minutes hands on of the Nokia Lumia 900 with the official WP7.8 update from AT&T.

No surprises, you get the new tile set up, which I find a lot more functional than the old one. That’s what a lot of other users have mentioned too – it might not seem like it but it makes a big difference. You still get usable live tiles, but now things take up the size you want and gets positioned where you want. You see more but without things getting cluttered.

  • New Accent colors, matching Windows Phone 8, bringing the total to 20 + 1

  • Bing Wallpaper of the day, which will auto-update your lockscreen image. Sadly developers to not have access to this, meaning we don’t expect 3rd party 7.8 apps to have this feature.

  • New boot screen with updated WIndows Phone logo

  • New Office logo, though OneNote is not a seperate app like in WP8
