Nokia Russia’s DIY Nokia Lumia stand from every day objects #LifeProTips
Sometimes, over dinner, I watch some videos on my Nokia Lumia 920. Just yesterday in fact my housemate was shocked to realise the sound was coming from the 920 and not a separate speaker due to its clarity.
Anyway, the point is, before I received my flip case (I’ll share some pics at another time) It was hard to watch videos hands free (well I still had to lean it against a glass).
Nokia Russia has uploaded this really useful video that shows some household objects can turn into a very simple phone case. I tried the card trick before and that one works really well (it has to be a plastic card, not a card from business cards). That bulldog clip is neat too (a variation on Ali’s quadpod bulldog clip trick).

neat
Try ornamental dinner plate display holder
Yup, they included one with the 5800 :p
Or, attach sat nav car phone holder and window sucker and stick it on the fridge etc
While I think of it, I wish the 808 could have a software upgrade to turn the phone display upside down when using sat nav so as to place the charging connector at the bottom of the phone. It sounds simple…..
I think I should send snaps of stands I am using with N8 and Tablet.
I always check out this website for iPhone alternatives – http://www.microsoftapple.com – My personal favourite is the Nokia Lumia because of the camera and speed of the operating system.
