WP8.1 screenshot shows separate media volume controls & on screen button (Updated)

Update: Unfortunately it seems that once again this is nothing more than another photoshop render, as multiple separate sources have debunked the authenticity of this image. Apologies for the false alarm folks.

We were sent a screenshot of what appears to be a device running WP 8.1, you can the separate media volume that was previously leaked, as well as, a quick shortcut to settings. Also visible are the onscreen windows phone keys as well as what appears to be the ability to change the secondary theme color (background) as is available in windows 8.1.

We can’t vouch for the authenticity of this image but it does seem to line up with everything we’ve seen and heard about windows phone 8.1.
