DIY: Jolla E-Ink ‘The other Half’ #Sailfish

The Other Half are clip on backings to Jolla’s phone that aren’t only changeable covers but have a NFC chip to tell the phone that the ambience for the UI can change according to what is worn. This could even add functionality such as a keyboard (was one demoed at MWC?).

Anyway, here’s a video showing someone trying to put an e-ink display as a TOH. That would be great to have as you could leave a permanent image/message/design that only consumes power when changing the image.
