“Never Again” Siilasmaa interview in Finnish Kauppalehti

NOKIA LOGONokia’s Chairman, Risto Siilasmaa recently spoke to Finnish business newspaper, Kauppalehti regarding Nokia.

I’ve only got the translated version so there may be a few things missed. Nokia paid a heavy price. The gist seems to be that the past falls of Nokia are learning points never to be repeated again.

Back in 2012 some expected Nokia to go bankrupt but they’re now heading in a different direction.

It appears that they didn’t have many options at hand, and the Microsoft sale seemed the best option at the time.
