QuickCam for Symbian – Adds pocket-to-picture for your device

There is an app for Symbian called QuickCam that allows you to launch camera from standby just like WP and the 808 PureView. The app can be downloaded from the Store for free.

I have put together a basic video (without audio as it sounded really bad and I don’t have time to film it again) showing the “pocket-to-picture” style function on my N8.

Here are the features;

  • Choose double tap or hold camera button for execution
  • Auto-start on device boot
  • Sound when executed
