Amber or GDR2 for Lumia 920 is out via pc update.

Before Nokia cut access to its servers Nokia users could download software updates that weren’t due for months, this however was changed earlier this year, but users still force certain updates using Nokia’s updating software.
Earlier today Nokia pushed the GDR2 update for Lumias on their servers which meant we could actually download and flash the update easily.

if the update available is named  3047.0000.1326.2002

then this is Amber; or GDR2 and you should able to download and install it.
