Video: New Maemo 5 transition effects on the Nokia N900

This just popped up on my twitterfeed from @VDVsx:
The N900 was a first for Nokia in having some usable eye candy theme effects (that were real and out of the box, not fake ones like N97, or kinda sluggish on 5800).
The effects are very nice. The only thing I’d like to see is direct rotation effects. I’d like it to turn like the photos do, instead of a brief period where it blacks out (it may do a swivel turn but it still blacks out nonetheless, by default or here in this video)
