Nokia Windows Phones running Mango are out in the wild!

In case you’ve been living under a rock or simply don’t care, Microsoft just had this little press function today to officially announce their latest mobile OS release. Most of the features shown off are those we’ve already covered before and a few others we neglected somewhat but the general message was the same. Fluidity, integration and ease of use are to be joined by ever increasing functionality. One of the keynote speakers made the comment, when speaking about their OEM partners that Nokia Windows Phones were already  in their labs (guess Eldar got something else right 😉 ) and surprisingly there have been no leaks. Interesting times ahead no? And all this in a “x.1” level update. As for release dates, the Beta SDK should be available in the next 24 hours (this thing is already code complete?!?) and as mentioned earlier today we should see the update some time in the early fall. Here’s to hoping for a  Nokia device within that time-frame no?
