Rumour or not: N9 64GB to come only in Black

Many readers have tipped in along the months since the N9 was announced, that the 64GB variant would only be arriving in Black.

Here in Australia, Vodafone updated their handset page to include the N9, with the option of being notified when it is released. This is no new news. However, the screenshot I took shows that the operator is only providing the handset in black.(In fact, I cannot even find the handset in a 16GB variant). Thus raising the question once again, will the N9 64GB be only in Black?

 

A link posted by Jay recently, directing to another Australian retailer, Harvey Norman, is also only offering the 64GB in Black, with both Cyan and Magenta (16 GB)  available for pre-order as separate items. (Removing any speculation it could just be the image used for advertising).

Seen anything to confirm this theory? Seen anything that contradicts it? Let us know in the comments below.
