Nokia Lumia 800 on sale at mobicity.com.au
Something that I’ve been envious about is those who have been lucky enough to have the Lumia 800 sold in their country. (I guess unlucky in a way, as they missed out on the N9.) I was looking up prices for the N9 (which is listed at AUD$570 btw), when I stumbled across Mobicity selling the Lumia 800 (Lumia 710 on its way) despite Australia not yet getting it. Nokia Australia did tell me that they are “currently in talks with their partners to bring Lumia 800” to Australia, but it is no where near announced, nor available.
Looking at what comes in the box, it is clearly imported, but still. It comes with an Australian charger, so really, it’s just like you bought one here. The sale price is given at AUD$679 which is roughly what the N9 started at when it landed our shores two months ago.
If you live in Australia, or know somebody that does, and are keen on the Lumia 800, head over and take a look.
