Checking In From Barcelona

Hey guys! Just a small update, we arrived at Barcelona earlier today (the hotel we’re staying in isn’t really in Barcelona it’s actually in an area called Terrossa); it’s about 30 minutes away from the conference center but the hotel itself is pretty sweet. We just finished dinner with the Nokia Connects team and the bloggers who are staying with us at the hotel.

Also invited to the dinner were a freestyle runner, a skateboarder and a BMX rider who are going to be filming an advert for Nokia while we’re here (it’ll be released March 8th/9th). The Nokia team didn’t let on much about what to expect tomorrow but when we pressed them for details they said that there’s a press conference tomorrow and “It should be interesting”.

One thing they did let slip though was that the BMX  biker, the skateboarder and the parkour runner are all being filmed as part of an ad for “A new phone”- when I asked if this ad is going to be in PureView 1080 they just smiled and refused to answers what teases..

Tomorrow we’re going to head out at 7:00 AM to reach Barcelona in time for Nokias Press Conference which is scheduled from 8:30 A.M. to 10:00 A.M.
