FireFox and Flash updated for Nokia N9
Yesterday, Stephen Quin tweeted that Flash got updated for his Nokia N9. I wanted to do a demo but I couldn’t find the update. Looking at the reviews, apparently it was for PR1.0/1.1 devices though some say their flash (on pr1.2) became even smoother :S? I wasn’t able to redownload yesterday anyway, it kept saying download failed.
Checking again to see any other updates, I saw FireFox was on the list too confirmed by techdash who tipped in of a FF update too.
I’m not quite sure what the FF update does, it still seems to be stuttering for me.
Update: Stephen recommends removing firefox first and then putting reinstalling. Seems it does improve flash performance. What were your experiences after the updates?
I deleted ff and reinstalled from store and it went ok Jay, watched catchup tv on N9 yesterday 🙂
