What would you change at Nokia if you could go back to any point in Nokia’s History?

Just one of these hypothetical ‘what ifs’ that I thought might bring up an interesting discussion. If for some reason you were some how able to go back to any point in Nokia’s history. Note yes we’re going back in time but only where Nokia’s concerned.
You’ll have the hindsight and authority to change what ever it was Nokia’s doing at that critical point in time that you chose. But you can only go back once.
We’ve all voiced our opinions on “if only Nokia had done this” or “I wish Nokia had done that”. Was that really the most critical point in Nokia’s history that could have given them the most benefit?
