N9 PR 1.3 coming “soon” – Small but valuable update? PR 1.4 possible?

As always, take these with pinches of salt.

So Nokia Philippines tweeted that the N9 will get PR 1.3 soon. We knew it was coming, with rumours suggesting end of May. Its now July (almost) and the only info we have had, that it still is in the works despite all the job cuts, was an email to a developer.

We have seen Nokia PR stuff up when it comes to announcing updates, so I’m not getting my hopes up at all. In fact, I’m pretty content with the way my N9 works after a few tweaks made recently.

The second rumour, comes from NokioTeca.They have apparently been told by a Nokia spokes person that PR 1.4 is planned for the N9. This post was a few weeks back, before we heard of the cuts at Nokia, so there is even less chance that this is true.

In my opinion guys, be happy you got 2 great updates. Anything after 1.2 is a huge blessing.
