In our Weekend 808 Coldplay post, André Leme shared his video with us comparing the differences between the N8 and the 808 with rich recording.
The N8 had great sound quality, but unlike some of it’s predecessors and definitely unlike the 808, it could not handle very loud audio.
The 808 however handles it like professional equipment. I don’t even need to switch away from my headphones to hear the clangy sound from the N8 at high volume versus the clarity in the 808.
