The Lumia is a bonus when you buy “play 360″. There is more fun when a phone is NFC compatible, but Lumia isn’t.
The only reason I wouldnt consider buying a Lumia 800 is lack of front camera. Heck I would buy it if someone offer me Lumia 920. I am just not able to get over the fact what made Nokia think they would sell the phone without front camera as smartphone.
FFC is not by any definition a requirement in a smartphone, so let me fix that for you:

Why not buy Lumia 900 with front camera? I know that promotion is only for 800. everybody has different need. I have Lumia 900 for 5 months now but I have not used front camera no more than 10 times.
And yet strangely they sold quite well…
Just for the hell of it, I have the SGS3, HTC one x and Galaxy Note on the side, kinda like phone mistresses really cause I pretty much only use the N9 for the day to day, really hard to move away from Meego, modding and all that…
But anyway I can’t ever remember taking video calling seriously, never, ever, not even once.
Most the time the last thing I want is someone video calling me, I like most other people probably answer our phones in the blissful anonymity of audio only, especially seeing there are no taboos for me for when and where I pick up a call depending on the mood.
But for video that changes the game completely….
What made you think a phone without front camera can’t be a smartphone? Some people complain, just to complain. Really stupid.

BTW. N9 and Play 360 makes much more sense because of NFC…
I noticed the N9′s music player UI the second I saw this photo and wondered, “Does the Lumia 800 have the same music player as the N9? Of course it can’t… that’s an N9!” And yes, the NFC is a perfect pairing method for the 360, I have the cyan one to match my cyan N9. Using the two with NFC is like something out of Star Trek. I love it
My N9 is black, but i’d love to have a Cyan 360!
I’d love to have a Cyan pair of speedos gleaming, a special side holder built in for my Cyan N9 and a water proof casing in Cyan.
That way I can impress while at the beach on multiple levels..

Such a bundle makes sense. Nokia wants to sell as many of those compal prototypes as possible before its deadline (the release of wp8)

why dont they give away this phone for free.
They had the same offer in Sweden until October 10. Got my self a lumia 800 for 200€ and got the speaker free of charge.
I have purchased Lumia 800 on 17th oct 2012 and i have not received my nokia play 360 speakers till yet despite completing all formalities. I also received mail from nokia play that your speakers has been sent to shipment company on 5th Nov 2012 but still i have not received the speakers.
I have called at least 20 times to their customer care but they always ask to wait for some more days.
Its been around 2 month and i have no idea that how much i have to wait more.
