The Nokia 301 was also announced the MWC. It is a dual-SIM device, with some really awesome camera features inspired by the Lenses found in the Lumia WP8 devices. This includes sequential shots and panorama. “Selfies” are also being improved in the Nokia 301, with voice guided help for taking that perfect shot. (Move left, move right etc)

The Xpress browser found in Asha is also being brought to this budget phone, which will help save on data cost through the browser’s data compression. The device, coming in Yellow, Cyan, Magenta, Black and White, will be at a low 65 euros. Calling is also being improved, with HD Voice – said to reduce background noise and overall call quality.

Whatsapp has its own special version, in which both SIMs can be utilised for TWO separate Whatsapp accounts. Slam is also being supported, announced last year with the newer Asha models. The Nokia 301 is said to be available in more than 120 countries in Africa, Asia-Pacific, Europe, India, Middle East and Latin America, with the rollout starting Q2 2013.
