BVbnbTTIcAA-2-VApparently US Nokia shareholders have received a notification for an “extraordinary meeting”. One of the segments of the meeting is the “Proposal of the board of directors to confirm and approve the sale of the devices & services business”. I’m not entirely sure what that entails but I guess that means that they’re presenting the sale to shareholders after the board of directors have already approved it (back at the original sale of course). Unfortunately this doesn’t mean much as it’s highly unlikely anyone with a financial stake in Nokia would oppose the sale now, after the stocks relatively huge surge after the sale.

Still a bit of interesting information, thanks for tweeting us DesinDC
