Whatsapp Open Beta Now Available for WP

For anyone interested, similar to the “Facebook Beta” which allows users to gain access to early builds of the app, provided they’re willing to put up with the occasional bug and hiccup. Whatsapp now has a  similar app available in the marketplace; the app is an open beta meaning anyone can download it without being added to a beta users list, but it won’t appear in marketplace searches. As of yet there doesn’t seem to be anything new compared to the public versions, but if you’re interested grab the app from the link below:

*note: I was planning NOT to use it as I didn’t want to lose any of my messages, but it turns out the backup & restore worked perfectly between the two versions, so no worries.  Via Reddit
