MNBIMG_3882Nokia X coloursIn almost under two weeks of announcing the new Nokia X line of products, the first of these devices is already available in one of the prime target markets, India. Launched today; Nokia released the Nokia X, dual Sim variant for retail in India for Rs 8599 ($140). Currently only the X (the lowest specced of the range) is available, and only in Dual sim format, there is no word currently on the availability of the X+ or XL. The Nokia X is available in green, red, white or black.

It’s nice to see that Nokia have ramped up their “to shelves” speed, albeit too late; it’s nice however to see the product in consumers hands so soon after announcing it, especially in a critical market like India.
