HERE Drive+ To Be Free For All WP 8.1 Devices

The HERE 360 Blog just posted some great news for non-Lumia Windows Phones users (yes, they do exist believe it or not). Alongside the release of Windows Phone 8.1, which is coming to all Windows Phone 8 devices, HERE Drive + will be made available for them all.
There are also a few updates coming to the HERE suite of apps, including update Maps to have 3D buildings as well as updated aerial imagery. Pretty cool stuff if you ask me! Two finger gesture rotation has been added, with the ability to “tilt” to enable 3D view.
