Twitter for Windows Phone got updated. The paraphrased changelog (via reddit).

  • This update includes enhancements to sharing and uploading photos
  • Tag your friends in a photo
  • Multiple Photos in a single tweet
  • Select content (vine, pictures) now show a preview in your timeline
  • Reply, Retweet favourite or follow a tweet from your timeline
  • Photos in Direct Messages
