What do you need?
- strong in interaction and visual design
- convey concepts through wireframes, user interaction flows and mockups
- make complex digital user experiences more simple
- understand complex interrelations and you can logically visualize complex systems
- see the “big picture†as well as paying attention to details
- obsessed with what design and technology could do for people
- fluent in design tools, such as Photoshop, Illustrator or similar
- previous work experience in startup or similar environment
- good team working skills and can do -attitude
- good communication skills both in English and Finnish
- independent-minded, innovative and proactive in your work
