Sandisk 128GB MicroSD Card for £51.99/$84 on Amazon UK – UHS-1 Class 10
Amazon tweeted that their 128GB Card with Prime delivery eligible (so any problems can be sorted out immediately with Amazon) is available for just £51.99. That’s like 84USD.

That’s cheaper than the 64GB Extreme MicroSD card I got for the 1520 (the other class 10 64GB card caused stutters). That card btw has been a star. I paid £74 at the time for it, and it’s now £58. Still more expensive than the 128 card because of the “extreme” plus.
There hasn’t been much in the way of updates regarding the 128GB card but from the snippets of comments I’ve seen, users are not having issues with it. Possibly being UHS-1.
My other concerns include read speed for apps and possible corrupting (I think the latter was fixed in WP8.1 so – touch wood – I don’t have issues where content randomly gets deleted).
I’ve been meaning to pick one of these up for a while since the 64GB card is already pretty much full, requiring deletion of large videos/films every now and again. Endsleigh got in touch about pranking folks to think their screen got cracked and gave us an Amazon voucher in the process, so I used that to get and review this card (total price – £1.99)
I’m going to see whether a direct copy of the cards contents would work with regards to apps that I have when it arrives.
