Princess Nokia

Perhaps it’s a bit like Gucci Mane in terms of having some kind of global brand as your artist name. I’ve never heard of her before and there’s no connection to the phone other than being called Princess Nokia.

I’m not sure about the rationale for picking the name ‘Nokia’. Because she’s tough?

Princess perhaps not in the sense or royalty but getting what they want.

Your princess is in another castle! ( Not the princess that perhaps some Symbian/MeeGo/Nokia fans were looking for.)

Apparently she was previously known as Wavy Spice and doesn’t have a phone (says this article).

Well, Nokia did say they have a strong brand and they’re going to mention where Nokia is headed. With a musician on their forefront?
