PureView battle: Nokia 808 PureView vs Nokia Lumia 830

Whilst these are are different aged handsets targeting different audiences (even in their prime), it would still be interesting to see how PureView has evolved and whether the slimmer modules are any good, or whether the ‘affordable flagship’ tag is just a bit of fluff.

The 808 and 1020 are the gold standards, with the 808 considered the Purest of the Pureviews by some.

Summary? Whilst the 808 is 7 times as good in terms of the physics of the optics, the 830 isn’t 7 times as worse because the new module with OIS and clever processing does indeed help.
