Video: Tippy – Tip Calculator App on Nokia N8 available at Ovi Store

Mark Guim from TheNokiaBlog demoes a new app, a great find called Tippy from the Ovi Store.

This is a tip calculator that works out how much you should/could tip if you’re that inclined (I know some people don’t :S). It looks awesome actually:

• You set your currency
• Set your country (really neat. Some will say you don’t need to tip – helpful to know the tip culture)
• Set the bill total
• Importantly, the number of you
• Which then works out the tip total and how much each you should/could pay.

Yeah you could do some math but this just makes it all that much easier. So many times my group wastes like 5 minutes deciding on how much to tip (or getting annoyed that we’ve already paid the tip in what they call “service charge” and refuse to tip. We still do in the end).
